Platform Informatics provides support to the MSK community in several key areas. They perform the processing and analysis of next generation sequencing data generated by the Integrated Genomics Operation (IGO). They design, implement, maintain, operate, and evolve a sophisticated and automated pipeline system that transforms sequence data into high-confidence processed data ready for downstream analysis. Platform Informatics ensures the use of robust and modern analysis methods and accessibility to the research community. The team also assists in the high-level genomic analyses of computational research efforts throughout MSK.
