We offer secure seed bank manufacturing services, ensuring a consistent and high-quality source of cell lines for your therapeutic products. Our seed banks are created under stringent conditions, ensuring genetic stability and traceability.
The BioTherapeutics Core excels in the production of master cell banks, which serve as the cornerstone for large-scale production. Produced in compliance with GMP standards, our master cell banks offer a reliable and high-quality resource for clinical and commercial applications.
Our facility is equipped to manufacture high-quality viral vectors, including lentivirus and retrovirus, essential for gene modification in cell engineering. We ensure that our vector stocks are produced with precision and consistency.
We conduct rigorous process development runs to refine and validate your manufacturing processes, optimizing performance and ensuring readiness for scale-up.
Process qualification is a critical step in ensuring that your manufacturing processes meet all necessary quality and regulatory standards. CTCEF performs thorough qualification runs to validate your processes.
The BioTherapeutics Core offers comprehensive clinical manufacturing services under GMP conditions for use in clinical trials. Our facility handles a wide range of cell types and therapeutic modalities, including CAR-T cells, T cells, NK cells, and mRNA-based vaccines.
Our retrovirus production services provide essential viral vectors for gene therapy and cell engineering, producing high-titer retroviral vectors critical for therapeutic applications.
